Absolutely. You don’t need any prior training to step into this work. The Lineage Code™ is designed to meet you where you are. Whether you’re just beginning to explore your body and energy or you’re already deep into your healing journey, you’ll be guided with clarity, compassion, and depth.

Plan for about 2–3 hours each week. That includes listening to audio transmissions, engaging in guided rituals, and taking time with journal prompts and integration practices. Remember — this isn’t about adding more stress to your life. Everything is designed to be spacious, doable, and woven into your real daily rhythm.

All sessions will be recorded, and you’ll have access to replays, audio teachings, and resources to return to whenever you need them. You won’t miss out on the teachings or the practices.
