What is The Ritual Lounge?

I created The Ritual Lounge as a sanctuary for embodied healing, ancestral remembrance, and the reclamation of pleasure. Ritual is not performance. It is lifestyle, ceremony, and liberation.

We release trauma, reclaim pleasure, and honor divinity together. This is not surface-level self-care. It’s deep ceremony. Where energy medicine, Tantra, and ancestral wisdom merge into a sacred experience tailored to your specific needs.

I am Imoore Ayo Balewa, born TaNay Peters, a Reiki Master Teacher, Tantra, and spiritual wellness consultant devoted to the art of ritual and the reclamation of embodied pleasure.

For over a decade, I have studied and practiced ancestral healing, energy medicine, Tantra, yoga, and somatic embodiment. My work is not just informed by technique. It is infused with lineage, rooted in ritual, and carried by the sacred responsibility of remembrance.

I believe in healing that feels luxurious. In ritual that is lived, not performed. In the truth that we are most radiant when spirit, body, and lineage move in harmony. I’m here as a trusted guide. It is my life’s work to help you step fully into yours.
